Underneath everything we are building is one simple, unflattering rule: a moment becomes “value created” only when the person it was for confirms it — with a witness and a date, and never counted by the same hand that did the work. Here is that record, exactly as it stands today. Just one of the moments logged so far carries a real dollar figure, and none has yet cleared every part of the strictest bar. We would rather show you a true zero than a flattering number.

A system we are retiring — cleanly.

Not everything here is growth. This is a content system we are deliberately winding down, and the whole aim is to retire it without losing a thing — so it is ranked on its own, apart from what we are building up.

Give the writing a permanent home before anything is switched off — the one genuinely open question. Sixty-eight articles and eighty-three recaps need a lasting home first.
